My experience with destination marketing organizations is one of the most satisfying I've ever had in my 15+ year career. Mastering the skill of visual interaction and various ways to depict graphics within a photography-driven industry has been a real passion of mine and my design team. In the tourism industry, photography sells - but what made these projects special, was the ability to use iconography mixed in with photos and experience driven design at its best. I feel passionate about this industry and believe that it is a breakthrough in my career.

Walkway Over the Hudson
Designing this website and all its tools was an incredible experience. I had fun throughout the whole project. The website was completely re-designed to enhance the user's ability to navigate each discovery zone. The map has specific icons within it and a panel that is easy to navigate and search through. Each landing page was designed and implemented with careful execution. Picking images that would go with each landing page was also a challenge - with tourism marketing in mind for visitors from all over the world that have never been to Walkway. Walkway Over the Hudson is internationally known and after it is the longest pedestrian bridge in the world. Walkway Over the Hudson's website won Gold for the 2017 MarCom Awards.
